A study in Taiwan has shown that using guava juice significantly reduces high blood sugar. In Mexico, it is considered an arrow-targeted prescription against diarrhea. The combination of pepper, salt, and ginger in the guava lick not only makes it tasty. It also increases its medical efficacy. But remember that the spice should not be too much. When the water is half left, filter the water and place it in a separate pot to cool. After the water has cooled, apply this solution to the hair roots and hair with the help of fingers or wash the head with this water and leave it on for thirty minutes and wash the head with lukewarm water and dry it. The hair will become beautiful, long, dense, and shiny.
